False advertising

I sent a reply to their original email, sent an email to them, and called them directly. I was very displeased to find I had no way to cancel the renewals.

The website wouldnt allow me to complete my login. Its a scam so I searched the internet for a phone number. I understand its a common practice with companies. This should be Iegal.

The chat was miserable.

I tried to login 6 times and it kept saying no results. I was trapped into forever giving them money.

I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with KiwiCo by phone regarding an issue with a stem kit and a return.
Getting in touch with someone at Kiwi (I prefer not to use email as I will not be able to catch the reply) is horrid. There website keeps redirecting you to a page that says "select support and then ohone" and just send you back to the starting customer support page.

I've tried many Google searches to get a phone # (it's easier to reach mega corp. Amazon!) And finally tried a new term search today which led me to pissed off consumer - which I am!
But I should NOT have to release my personal data in order to get a phone number for customer support for a major corporation with celebrity sponsors and years of established sales/business history.
PissedOffConsume4 helped me get through. And the number worked. Once I reached a person, the customer support was kind and helpful (though they do not know STEM well, they did their best) and were gracious.
However, requiring customers to use 3rd party sites just to get in touch with KiwiCo employee should be illegal.

Feels like a class action suit in the making, as so many of their products, in a non-science-knowledgeable home will incur questions and customer support needs.
They promised to pass my complaint up the chain and they admitted this is a regular complaint to call center staff.
KiwiCo. You take our money freely.
Now listen to your customers and fix this problem.

My experience was extremely rewarding and I referred them to someone who had the same fabulous service. I have been a customer for a few years and wondered if I could take advantage and some of the deals I saw advertised.

She had me cancel my renewal and re-sign to get the discounts. It was all done professionally, timely and efficiently.

Most of my customer service experiences are terrible so it was so nice to have a good one. I will continue to refer KiwiCo to friends and family.

I'm happy I stumbled across this website. I was missing a piece of my son's advent calendar and spent so much time on the kiwi co site trying to find a customer service number.

The bot they have is extremely limited & not helpful. It gives you the ability to email through the bot but didn't provide the actual email address. I kept getting error messages when I would try and send an email. There is no contact information at all on the webpage which is a little absurd.
The number on this site works and I got to talk to a representative immediately.

She was helpful and resolved my problem right away. I took the star away for the poor website, but overall I am happy with Kiwi CO.

Once I could talk to a person it was great. The odd thing was when I tapped on the customer service number on the actual kiwi site, it said it was not a working number. It also took me forever to find it. But when contacted through you, it connected immediately. It was the same number. The kiwi site for ordering subscriptions is entirely too confusing. To change anything while ordering is almost impossible so finally talking to someone was a relief. I’m just hoping everything is finally working.
