I BOOKED MY FLIGHT USING A WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS AND DESPITE INFORMING THEM BOTH IN WRITING AND BY TELEPHONE CALL, THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY FLIGHT DETAILS AND OR OTHERWISE PROCEED TO MAKE THE CORRECTION AS TO MY CORRECT EMAIL., IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY FLIGHT ITINERARY.

I have called 2 times and told crate was at facility. They cant tell me address of facility but we have not received and its not at our post office. Would never recommend this company

I called twice and the customer service agents were wonderful and helpful. I was initially calling to check out how to send to 2 families.

The agents walked me through what I needed to do, The next call was help getting the dates set up for the monthly kits and also having holiday kits sent. I have successfully ordered everything

I have been sending kiwi boxes to my grandchildren for years. They love them and I love being able to provide something that they enjoy doing month after month. The boxes are very creative but I wish they had more variation within each level so that multiple children could get them at the same time and have different boxes.

Once I could talk to a person it was great. The odd thing was when I tapped on the customer service number on the actual kiwi site, it said it was not a working number. It also took me forever to find it. But when contacted through you, it connected immediately. It was the same number. The kiwi site for ordering subscriptions is entirely too confusing. To change anything while ordering is almost impossible so finally talking to someone was a relief. I’m just hoping everything is finally working.
